Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how MarketLago ("MarketLago", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the MarketLago website and its SMS and email alert services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you sign up you give us your name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) email address. If you contact us, we receive whatever you include in that message.
• Consent records. When you opt in we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent, and the exact consent language you agreed to. We keep this to document your consent as required for SMS compliance.
• Usage & device data. Like most websites, we (and our hosting and analytics providers) may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Cookies & similar technologies. We may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the site and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
• Payment information (future). If and when we offer paid plans, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment-card numbers.

2. How we use information

• To deliver the alerts you signed up for and operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To honor opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests and other preferences.
• To maintain records of consent and comply with legal, regulatory, and carrier requirements.
• To communicate with you about the Service, including service-related notices.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues.

3. SMS & mobile information — our promise

We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in or consent information, or the contents of the text messages you receive with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes — ever. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the MarketLago alerts you requested and to operate the messaging program. The only parties that ever touch your number are the service providers (such as our SMS messaging provider) that transmit your messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. This promise is absolute and is not affected by Section 4 below.

4. How we share information

Subject always to the SMS promise in Section 3, we may share information as follows:

• Service providers. With vendors who process data only to provide services to us (hosting, messaging, email delivery, analytics, and — in the future — payments), under obligations to protect it and not use it for their own purposes.
• Legal & safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MarketLago, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal, subject to this Policy.
• Aggregated or de-identified data. We may create, use, share, license, or sell data that has been aggregated and/or de-identified so that it does not identify you or any individual. This never includes your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or message content (see Section 3), and we do not attempt to re-identify such data.

We do not sell your individual, personally identifiable information or your mobile information.

5. Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on Trump's posting activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MarketLago is not responsible for carrier charges.

6. Your choices & rights

• Opting in is voluntary. Consenting to receive text messages is optional and is not required to use MarketLago, create an account, or complete any purchase or transaction.
• Opt out of SMS any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help.
• Access, correction, deletion. You may request that we provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Marketlago@proton.me, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., the right to opt out of certain data sharing). We honor applicable rights; contact us to exercise them.

7. Data retention & security

We retain consent and contact records for as long as you use the Service and as needed to comply with legal and carrier requirements, after which we delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

Alerts and pages may link to third-party sites (such as Truth Social). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted here.
